Photography Guidelines
- A professional photo will be taken of each graduand while receiving the scroll on stage.
- Family portrait sessions will be available at the designated photo studio. (Additional charges apply)
- All official convocation photographs will be delivered to the University. Graduands will be notified once collection is available.
During the Ceremony
- Graduands and guests must remain seated throughout the event.
- Standing, walking around, or approaching the stage for photos or videos is strictly prohibited.
- Guests may take photos only from their seats, ensuring minimal disruption.

- Academic robes must be returned on time and in good condition.
- A compensation fee will apply for any loss or damage.
- Graduands who wish to extend the rental must inform the Convocation Committee in advance.
- Charges: RM100 per day (additional to the deposit).

Collection of Academic Transcript & Certificate
- Academic transcripts and certificates can only be collected after returning the academic robe.
- Graduands are advised to check all details on both documents upon collection.
