🎓 Collection of Robe & Mortar

Graduands may collect their academic robe and mortarboard upon completion of all required surveys (Educational Experience Survey) and full settlement of outstanding payments.

📅 Collection Details

Date: Friday, 10th October 2025
Time: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Venue: Setia City Convention Centre, Shah Alam

⏰ Collection Schedule

Undergraduate: 12:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Postgraduate: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM

Graduands are required to collect their academic robes in person to ensure proper fitting and accurate sizing. If you are unable to collect your academic robe during rehearsal day and would like to send a representative to collect on your behalf, please email convocation@must.edu.my to make the necessary arrangements.

👥 Number of Guests

Each graduand will be allocated 2 wristbands for entry into the Main Hall.

Additional guests who are unable to be accommodated in the Main Hall may view the live broadcast of the ceremony at the Hall 1 Foyer, Setia City Convention Centre.
