Collection of Robe & Mortar

Graduands may collect their academic robe and mortarboard upon completion of all required surveys (Graduate Exit Survey) and full settlement of any outstanding payments.

Collection Schedule

Graduands are required to collect their academic robes in person to ensure proper fitting and accurate sizing. If you are unable to collect your academic robe during the collection day and would like to send a representative to collect on your behalf, please email convocation@must.edu.my to make the necessary arrangements.

Number of Guests

Each graduand will be allocated a maximum of 2 wristbands for guest entry into the Main Hall. Wristbands will be issued according to the number of guests indicated in the registration form.

Additional guests who are unable to be accommodated in the Main Hall may view the live broadcast of the ceremony at the Hall 1 Foyer, Setia City Convention Centre.
