📸 Photography Guidelines

  • A professional photo will be taken of each graduand while receiving the scroll on stage.
  • Family portrait sessions will be available at the designated photo studio. (Additional charges apply)
  • All official convocation photographs will be delivered to the University. Graduands will be notified once collection is available.
🎓 During the ceremony:
  • Graduands and guests must remain seated throughout the event.
  • Standing, walking around, or approaching the stage for photos or videos is strictly prohibited.
  • Guests may take photos only from their seats, ensuring minimal disruption.
 
 

🎓 Academic Robe Return & Certificate Collection Process

Robe Return Date: Saturday, 11 October 2025

Time: Within 2 hours after the ceremony

Venue: Waiting Hall, Setia City Convention Centre

Important Reminders:

â–ª Academic robes must be returned on time and in good condition.
â–ª A compensation fee will apply for any loss or damage.
â–ª Graduands who wish to extend the rental must inform the Convocation Committee in advance.
â–ª Charges: RM100 per day (additional to the deposit)
 
 

📄 Collection of Academic Transcript & Certificate

  • Academic transcripts and certificates can only be collected after returning the academic robe.
  • Graduands are advised to check all details on both documents upon collection.
