Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop, and ensure that the university's assessment and regulations are adhere according to
    MQA requirements.

  • Act as secretary to university Curriculum committee chaired by Provost

  • Assist the HOD to monitor, administration associated with the new programme validations and
    programmatic reviews including logistics managements.

  • Act as desk reviewer for all programme validations and reviews

  • Support the university review process and completions of institutional self-evaluation.

  • Implement the annual Quality Assurance Handbook evaluation and review process.

  • Liase with the schools of the management of the Curriculum set up on the Learning
    Management system (LMS).

  • Undertake an annual audit and reconciliation of active programmes for notification on the Top
    management.

  • Adhoc tasks given by the HOD

various departments to create compelling marketing materials, organize recruitment events,

Job Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive student recruitment.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.

2. Content Development:

  • Create engaging and persuasive marketing content for print, digital, and social media
    channels.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing
    materials.

3. Event Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate recruitment events, including open houses, campus tours, and
    information sessions.
  • Represent the institution at external events and fairs to promote student enrollment.

4. Digital Marketing:

  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, Google Ads,
    etc.).
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to enhance online visibility.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with admissions teams to understand enrollment targets and objectives.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to highlight program offerings and unique selling

6. Lead Generation:

  • Implement strategies to generate leads and inquiries from potential students.
  • Track and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

7. Relationship Building:

  • Establish partnerships with high schools, educational consultants, and other relevant entities.
  • Maintain relationships with alumni to leverage their experiences in recruitment efforts.

8. Market Expansion:

  • Identify and explore new markets for student recruitment.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns for specific demographics.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and student recruitment.
  • Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia. English and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.

Purpose of Job:

Job Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning
- Design and deliver high-quality teaching and learning materials, resources, and activities to students in line with the MoHE and MQA requirements.
- Provide a range of timely student support to enhance the student experience and achievements.
- Set, mark, and assess course work and examinations, providing timely and effective feedback to students.
- Assist, guide, and counsel students.
- Contribute to the planning, design, and development of modules and programs to improve teaching across the institution.
- Contribute to the planning and development of new markets for teaching programs.
- Evaluate own practice and undertake continuing professional development in teaching.


2. Cross-Disciplinary Function
- Conduct and publish research articles independently or in collaboration with internal/external academicians.
- Draft and proofread marketing materials, newsletter, press release and other non-confidential documents.
- Design and develop activities/programs to assist students struggling in academic performance.
- Undertake additional assignments from Deans / Provost to support the university's initiatives.

Job Requirements

• PhD in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar.
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience.
• Has published papers in academic journals.
• Able to teach several courses at Bachelor and Master levels & able to supervise PhD students
• Experience working in the relevant industries.

Purpose of Job:

The Director of the School of Computing & Artificial Intelligence will provide visionary
leadership to advance the University’s strategic goals and drive academic excellence in
computing, data science, and artificial intelligence. This role encompasses oversight of all
school operations, including budgeting, staffing, strategic planning, and program
development.

In addition, the Director will be responsible for enhancing the school’s academic reputation,
fostering an inclusive and innovative environment for teaching, research, and industry
collaboration, and ensuring an exceptional student experience. The Director will actively
engage with industry, government, and other stakeholders to strengthen partnerships,
support enrollment growth, and diversify revenue streams.

Job Responsibilities

1) Academic Leadership

  • Day-to-day operational and personnel oversight of the faculty. Develop and enhance the
    school’s academic reputation locally and internationally. Lead curriculum innovation,
    promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure high-quality program delivery across
    undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

2) Faculty Strategy

  • Develop the Faculty’s strategy to be in line with the university’s strategic plans; set the
    faculty’s long-term plan and performance goals.

3) Program Innovation and Quality

  • Lead new program and curriculum development.
  • Conduct review of existing programs.
  • Monitor and maintain academic quality in accordance with MUST regulations, MQA, KPT,
    professional boards, and partner universities, KPT, professional boards and partner
    Universities.
  • Ensure excellence in teaching and learning processes.

4) Student Outcomes and Retention

  • Achieve student learning outcomes.
  • Support student satisfaction and retention rates till graduation.

5) Staff Quality and Engagement

  • Recruit suitably qualified academic staff

6) Faculty Financial Performance

  • Develop and manage the budgetary and financial requirements of the faculty; ensure
    programs are financially sound.

7) Academic Development (Teaching and /or research activities)

  • Preparation, delivery and assessment; classroom management.

8) Student Enrolment

  • Work in collaboration with sales & marketing to achieve targeted student enrolment which
    includes organizing school talks, open days, program previews and academic counselling.

Job Requirements

  • Education: A doctoral degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or
    a closely related field.
  • Experience: 8 years of teaching experience and 5 years admin experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience in accreditation processes (e.g., MQA, AUN-QA, or international bodies).
  • Proven leadership experience in academic administration, preferably at the professorial
    level
  • Established track record in teaching, research, and industry collaboration.
  • Strong ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex academic operations
