Purpose of Job
The Marketing Department is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to
attract prospective students to the educational institution. This role involves collaboration with
various departments to create compelling marketing materials, organize recruitment events,
and implement digital marketing campaigns aimed at achieving student enrollment targets.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive student recruitment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
2. Content Development:
- Create engaging and persuasive marketing content for print, digital, and social media
channels. - Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce visually appealing
materials.
3. Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate recruitment events, including open houses, campus tours, and
information sessions. - Represent the institution at external events and fairs to promote student enrollment.
4. Digital Marketing:

8. Market Expansion:

- Develop targeted marketing campaigns for specific demographics.

Purpose of Job:

Hospitality Assistant Cum Admin - Head of Department, Facilities and Hospitality
Purpose of Job:
This role will be responsible for managing the daily operations and maintenance of the student hostel, ensuring the well-being, health, and cleanliness of the residents. You will handle student complaints, respond to emergencies, and act as a liaison between students, management, and the security department. Additionally, you will assist with check-in/check-out procedures, perform minor repairs, and maintain high standards of discipline and safety within the hostel.
Job Responsibilities
- Managing correspondence and communications from students and parents via email, call & message.
- Coordinate with students regarding scheduled visits from the Hospitality Assistance and Maintenance teams for repairs and upkeep.
- Reaching out students or their parents/guardian regarding hostel outstanding fees.
- Keeping track of monthly hostel fee payments, monthly payment plans, and outstanding payments .
- Regularly check on the physical and mental well-being of students, offering guidance or support where necessary.
- Assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, and providing information about the facility, amenities, and services available during/after working hours.
- Monitor student behaviour and mediate disputes, escalating serious issues to the management when needed.
- Ensuring daily reports are submitted to the supervisor regarding any incidents or emergency in the hostel.
- Assisting students in case of emergencies, such as escorting them to the hospital if they are ill.
- Assist with the registration of new students.
- Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new residents, including orientation and room allocation.
- Ensuring proper inventory record of hostel property and facilities.
- Remind students of upcoming hostel fee payment deadlines through announcements, notices, or direct communication.
- Assist with any additional tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor to support hostel operations or student needs.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any field.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in hospitality, hostel management, or administrative support (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with students, staff, and external vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative systems.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).

Purpose of Job:
The Director of the School of Computing & Artificial Intelligence will provide visionary
leadership to advance the University’s strategic goals and drive academic excellence in
computing, data science, and artificial intelligence. This role encompasses oversight of all
school operations, including budgeting, staffing, strategic planning, and program
development.
In addition, the Director will be responsible for enhancing the school’s academic reputation,
fostering an inclusive and innovative environment for teaching, research, and industry
collaboration, and ensuring an exceptional student experience. The Director will actively
engage with industry, government, and other stakeholders to strengthen partnerships,
support enrollment growth, and diversify revenue streams.
Job Responsibilities
1) Academic Leadership
- Day-to-day operational and personnel oversight of the faculty. Develop and enhance the
school’s academic reputation locally and internationally. Lead curriculum innovation,
promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure high-quality program delivery across
undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

- Develop the Faculty’s strategy to be in line with the university’s strategic plans; set the

programs of the faculty. This includes leading the operational administration, curriculum

The Head of School Law Enforcement serves a dual role as both an academic leader and a lecturer.
This position is responsible for delivering high-quality education and training programs and courses
for students pursuing their diploma or degrees in law enforcement. A strong background in law
enforcement practices, criminology, and related legal studies is required. As lecturer, the person will
lead in the development and delivery of course content, mentor students, and contribute to the
advancement of the law enforcement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team leader : Lead the academic and administrative staff in the running of the faculty.
- Teaching: Design and deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops on law enforcement topics,
including criminal law, policing strategies, criminology, and forensic investigation. - Curriculum Development: Develop and update programs, course materials, syllabi, and
assessments to reflect current trends and advancements in law enforcement. - Student Mentorship: Provide academic and career guidance to students, including
