This theme invites participants to explore the multifaceted nature of disruption across various sectors, particularly in finance and accounting, where traditional practices are being challenged by technological advancements and changing consumer expectations.
Objective
The main objectives of the ICDI2025-NNFD are:
- To explore the role of digital transformation and emerging technologies in driving disruption across industries – The conference aims to examine how digital advancements serve as catalysts for innovation, reshaping business models, market dynamics, and consumer behaviours.
- To foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing for sustainable innovation – The conference provides a platform for scholars, industry leaders, and policymakers to exchange insights on managing disruption through interorganizational collaboration, change management, and future workforce development.
