Norahanim is a licensed counsellor, registered with the Malaysian Board of Counsellors (LKM). She holds a BSc in Industrial Psychology (Hons) and minoring in Human Resource Management from the Universiti Selangor (UNISEL) and completed her M.Ed. in Guidance and Counselling at the Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI).
With 7 years experiences in field of social work as Counsellor and Student Affairs, she is passionate about guiding young people toward self-awareness, self-care and personal development. Her collaborative approach involves establishing and achieving counselling objectives, with a specialised focus on mental health and rehabilitation counselling. Her experience in includes working with teenagers, adolescents, mental health issues and substance addiction issue. And couples in counselling. She actively in field of student’s welfare, on helping B40 students with issues ranging from financial difficulties, family conflicts, life adjustments, volunteering in corporate social responsibility.
MOHD SYAFIQ BIN JAPAR, K.B.; P.A.
Mohd Syafiq graduated with a Master’s in Counselling from Universiti Sains Malaysia, Penang, in 2013, following my Bachelor’s in Counselling with Honours from Universiti Utara Malaysia, Sintok, Kedah, in 2011. I am a registered and licensed counsellor by Board of Counsellor Malaysia since 2012.
